Full Acquisition Support
- Customer contacts the BuyIT.gov office to establish an inter-agency agreement
- The BuyIT.Gov contracting officer and customer consider small business or single-source requirements
- The BuyIT.Gov office works with agency on acquisition planning
- Task order solicitation issued electronically to GITSS prime contractors
- Prime contractors develop and submit proposal
- Proposal evaluation, discussions, fact-finding, and negotiations
- The contracting officer makes award of the task order.
Delegation of Procurement Authority
- Agency contacts the BuyIT.gov program manager to establish an interagency agreement.
- BuyIT.gov issues a delegation of procurement authority to agency�s contracting activity to issue task orders against the GITSS contract
